Living Gown Fair Demonstration

From the final flowers of the season, generously shared by Justin of Ferment Pittsburgh, emerged the raw materials for this gown.
Designed live at the Pittsburgh County Fair, the piece offered a rare and one-of-a-kind demonstration.

Throughout the day, many people asked about the wearability of a piece like this. Had I designed it with a model in mind, the gown would have been fully lined. Nevertheless, I chose to put it on myself to demonstrate that it was, in fact, entirely wearable.
